- energy and water suppliers, to get quotes and set up contracts
- providers who help run our business, such as email, customer records and website hosting

We don't sell personal data.

Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we ensure suitable safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.
7. How long we keep it
Only as long as needed. As a guide, customer records are kept for 6 years after your last contract ends, and enquiries that don't proceed for 2 years.

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies are only used if you allow them in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice through "Cookie settings" in the footer.
