Changing supplier
We check which suppliers can quote for your premises, compare their terms with your current contract and, once you approve, arrange the move to start when your contract allows.
- Your terms and notice period checked first
- New contract timed to avoid any gap
- No interruption: only your billing company changes
New premises
A property usually stays with the previous occupier's supplier when they leave. Until you agree a contract, you'll normally be charged deemed rates.
- Read the meters on the day you move in
- Send us the address and move-in date
- We find the supplier and arrange a contract in your name
Documents we'll need
- A recent bill or your MPAN and MPRN
- Your current end date, for a switch
- Address, move-in date and opening meter readings, for new premises
- A signed Letter of Authority so suppliers will speak to us
